The PCA ceramic arc tube enables the lamp to operate at higher internal temperatures, which increases color rendering, power and efficiency. PCA resists interaction with the chemicals inside the tube, stabilizing the chemical mix over the life of the lamp, improving color consistency and maintaining the PAR / PPF level. The pulse-start technology enables faster start and restart times, a longer lamp life and increased lumen maintenance.
