Shipping and handling costs

• Shipping only in Switzerland
• Minimum order value: CHF 50.-
• All prices in CHF including VAT
• Regular delivery time: 5 working days

In no case does exceeding the delivery period justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract. If something is not in stock, the order can be held. In this case, the customer will be informed in due time. It is therefore mandatory to provide an email or telephone number when ordering. So that in this case too, everything can really be clarified.

Part deliveries are permitted. Unless otherwise requested, we will choose the cheapest shipping option. Express deliveries, fragile deliveries or cash on delivery shipments will be charged additionally. If the goods are lost during shipping, the provider cannot be held liable.

Our shipping costs

• For orders up to an order value of CHF 150.- we charge a flat rate of CHF 10.-
• For orders over 150.- we do not charge shipping costs.

Note on forwarding
Orders over 120kg are shipped on pallets (80x120cm) by a forwarding agency.
